**Independent Contractors have their own scheduling policies, offer their own list of services, set their own prices & take their own payments**
Scheduling/Canceling/Rescheduling Policies
* Every client is required to put a valid credit card on file prior to booking a service.
*First time clients requesting a Same Day service will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% of that service at the time of booking.
*A 50% service fee will be charged to your card on file if you don't give us at least a 24-hour notice that you want/need to change your appointment. Notice can be given in person, over the phone, in a voicemail, text message or email to the salon.
*A 100% charge of the missed appointment will be charged to your card on file for any and all No Call/No Show clients, & those who cancel with 2 hours or less to their appointment.
*A 10 min grace period is given to all appointments before a client is considered a No Show to their appointment.
*Should your card on file decline at the time of the charge, you will be required to pay that fee before booking another appointment.
*If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel you are ill or showing symptoms of being ill.
